Office/Warehouse Moving Announcement

To our Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for all your business over the years. With S.W. Anderson Companies acquisition of Jet Fitting and Supply and your strong support we must now move to a larger location! We are moving our Santa Ana, CA office and warehouse to a new location in Anaheim CA, about 5.5 miles North-West of our current location. Starting November 11th, our new address will be:

We decided to move for several reasons:

  1. To accommodate the combined personal and inventory while leaving us room to add more inventory and product lines.
  2. With the additional space we can support a larger team to process more transactions whether it be VMI replenishment shipments, blanket order processing or JIT inventory for same-day shipments.
  3. We will also be able to expand our value-added services like kitting, packaging, and custom labeling.

 There are several important dates and details that you need to be aware of:

 Our Santa Ana location will be permanently closed after November 10th.

  • Our 7 other locations will be assisting in critical order fulfillments during the move
  • Our entire sales team will be available the entire time during the move
  • Our team will be contacting you regarding any open orders previously scheduled 11/11/2022 if we can’t ship that order before close 11/10/2022
  • We will not be able to fulfill VMI deliveries November 11th. Please consider that when determining how much to pull from your VMI inventory. Shipping extra product before the move is also an option.
  • Any Will Call orders not picked up in Santa Ana by 2:00 PM on November 10th will be shipped. Our Will Call service will resume in Anaheim at the address above starting November 14th.
  • Orders received after November 9th will be shipped on or after November 14th.
  • Normal operations will resume on November 14th from our new Anaheim location
