Refund policy

Jet Mistakes and Defects:
Over 99% of product ships correctly and on time. In the event we make a mistake or the products are non-conforming, and is not stated in the description, you have a choice of replacements upon return of the non-conforming product or a full refund including shipping. 

Ordered Incorrectly
If the wrong product was ordered you are eligible to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Amount refunded will be for the product and taxes only, less a 10% restocking fee.

All types of Returns and Refunds:
Product must be in original packaging with product label intact for a full refund.
Returns and refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receipt.
