Same day shipping for orders placed by 11 AM Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship by the next business day. We will always do our best to ship products as soon as possible as services is our business. Product counts are accurate to + or - 2% of the unit of measure. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt for issues related to count accuracy via email or phone.
